I have created a repository locally using hg, but when I try to push it to bitbucket it is always aborted.

hg push https://xxx@bitbucket.org/xxx/project
pushing to https://xxx@bitbucket.org/xxx/project
abort: No such file or directory: '/mnt/factotum/rpc'

Any ideas?

From some brief internet research, it sounds like factotum is an authentication agent of some sort. I've never heard of it, so it is probably somewhat obscure, but it sounds like it is broken.
