Unable to make my repos from private to public

I have convert most of the Repos from private to public, some are not happening, it shows changes saved but still locked, when refreshed

Hi @SandeepSingh R 

If your bitbucket is hosted on bitbucket.org, then for 

few of the repositories you will not have admin/required permissions to change repo settings,  even though, it shows that, you are admin for that repo. 

If we ask or raise a ticket to Atlassian Support Team from below url, they will provide you the necessary permissions. (because I got the same issue and was resolved).

you can also raise a ticket from any paid subscription application referring to this instance of bitbucket.

Thanks for the reply and solution, It got resolved actually the rootvcause was different, actually the source repo from where i forked was private. changed to public
