Hello,

I can login to in atlassian id but when choosing bitbucket product it asks for 2FA and always fails. Even if I try to disable 2FA it will ask for 2FA. I cannot access right now bitbucket but I can access trello.

I see that you have disabled 2FA on your account recently, which is 12 October.

BitBucket should not ask for 2FA Authentication if you have already disabled it. Could you please clear the browser cache and Cookies and retry Aithentication to BitBucket.

The issue sounds like your 2FA is still active specifically on Bitbucket, even if you disabled it on your Atlassian account. Bitbucket has its own 2FA settings that need separate handling. Try using the 2FA recovery email sent by Bitbucket to disable it there, then clear your browser cookies and cache before logging in again. Once back in, re-enable 2FA freshly with a new setup in your authenticator app. This usually solves the loop problem and gets you access back safely. Let me know if that helps!
