Trying to login into Bitbucket as a client need me to access their repo, but i'm getting the 

We couldn’t log you in

You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.

screen and i'm stuck. 

Other support postings say that this is because my account has been set an inactive for bitbucket.

Can you help me here please ?

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was indeed in a dormant state. I went ahead and reactivated it.

Could you please try logging in when you have some time and let me know if the issue is resolved?
