Unable to login to new bitbucket account

I recently signed up for Jira and Confluence for some hobby projects. Tried to setup Bitbucket as well and I can't seem to login to it. Reading various posts here in community, and I'm wondering if maybe my email is tied to old work account from years ago. Is someone able to check and reactive/unlink if that is the case? If it's not, any other ideas?

I confirmed that there was a Bitbucket account linked to the email you used to raise this question that was created in 2013 and it was set as inactive, so I reactivated it.
