I am unable to login into the bitbucket cloud account from windows 10 machine.
In the 2 step verification it reports "Invalid 2 step verification code"
I have tried all the steps as suggested by the documentation but still no go.
I use google authenticator for 2 step verification.
Hi! Can you make sure that your device has the correct time? If it doesn't, the verification codes you receive may not work when you enter them into Bitbucket. If it does, you could try getting a recovery code so you can get into your account by using this command:
ssh git@bitbucket.org recovery_codes
You can learn more at Two-step verification: Recovery codes.
Once you're logged into your account again, you can try setting 2 step verification again, as it could be that there was some issue between your Google authenticator and your Bitbucket account. For more info, you can check Two-step verification.
Let us know if this helps!
Ana
I have verified the time on both the devices.
I have been using Sourcetree app to sync the local folder to the cloud.
I Have the private key file generated by the ssh agent, will it do any good to resolve the issue.

Did you obtain the recovery codes? You can use them as a normal code to get access to your account again, just try logging in to https://bitbucket.org/account/signin/ and follow the steps.
What do you mean by 'the private key file'?
If you're stuck at some step, please send us a screenshot so we can get a better understanding and continue helping you.
Best regards!

I tried ssh here is what I have got,
"$ ssh git@bitbucket.org recovery_codes

RSA key fingerprint is SHA256:zzXQOXSRBEiUtuE8AikJYKwbHaxvSc0ojez9YXaGp1A.
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)? yes

Sourcetree -A free Git client for Windows.
I have been using Sourcetree to sync my file and folders. The Sourcetree uses SSH.
