Unable to invite new member

Trying to add a new member to an existing group in the workspace, like we did many times before, but he cannot 'see' our workspace and the invite still shows as 'pending'.

Hi @Ron de Wit 

The only invitation present in your workspace was sent 2 days ago and has been accepted by the user that it was sent to.

If you're still seeing the invite present - you may cancel this, as invites are only intended to be sent to grant a user their first access to the workspace. Any other permissions changes/group additions etc don't require invitations - they're just actioned.

That user should be able to access the workspace, as I can see that they have that workspace listed against their account. Please ask them to navigate to this direct link and select the workspace from the list:

https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/

If that still doesn't work - ask them to clear their browser cache, and try a different browser in case it's a browser-related issue.

Thanks for checking Ben, we found the problem. We invited him for both Jira and Bitbucket, Jira was received and Bitbucket wasn't, so he said he got the invite, but that was only the Jira one. After some retries and resending the Bitbucket invite he finally received it and was able to join.

Could you please confirm whether the user you invited to the workspace has received the invitation email?

Hi @Archana Achar thank you for the quick reply. Yes he did get the mail and clicked it a couple of times, but in my user group it still shows 'invited'.
