Unable to install Bitbucket server

Hello Team,

We are trying to install Bitbucket for our testing, we are currently using bitbucket version 8.6.1 with Git version 2.37.5 but we are getting an error :

A fatal error has occurred
The following problem occurred, which prevents Atlassian Bitbucket from starting:

SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started

Could you please help us resolve the issue

I have checked that but still the same issue

If this is a fresh install it is likely that the user running Bitbucket does not have sufficient permissions. See cause #1 but check the other ones too.
