Unable to generate personal access token

I'm following the instructions on how to create a personal access token, but I can't see the menu options mentioned here:

When I click on my icon, I don't have the "Manage account" option, the closest I have is "Personal settings". Has something changed?

Actually you are following Bitbucket Server documentation and not BitBucket Cloud.

In Bitbucket Cloud feature of 'Personal access token' is not available. Instead you can use,
