Unable to delete fork

I'm trying to clean up some of our forks and repositories.  I'm trying to delete one of my forks and I get the following error.

Repository deletion was canceled.

• Pull requests involving TheForkedRepo could not be cleaned up. The repository may not be deleted.

There are no open pull request on the central repo or this fork.  I'm not sure how to resolve this issue so I can delete this fork.

I have a similar issue.  I have a couple forks which somehow got labeled "benjamin_limited_access".  I don't seem to have the privilege to delete my own forks.
