Unable to create webhooks?

I created a webhook yesterday, but today I seem unable to do so. Even this page returns bad request: https://developers.trello.com/reference#tokenstokenmember
And curl commands in the console return the same. I cross checked that I am using the right key, and I generated a new token just in case mine was expired (I got the same string though).

I get this response when trying to create a new webhook:

{"message":"URL (https://47642394.ngrok.io) did not return 200 status code, got 502","error":"ERROR"}

Is anyone else having issues?

My mistake. THere is no issue with trello wehooks
