Unable to create repository in BitBucket

I am getting "Failed to fetch repositories" (363ae064dff842089cb9906baed116e4)  is happening specifically on the dashboard for three different users.

Are you sure workspace is Active?

Btw. What with directly URL?

Can you confirm which Subscription Model you have?
