Unable to clone remote repository [Failed to connect to URL port 443: Timed out]

Deleted user June 12, 2018

Hi community,

While cloning a remote account I get the error message below.

error.png

I am working on a web project together with another developers. They have a bitbucket server, where I can log in via web w/o any problems.

But when trying to access via Sourcetree I get the error message above.

I contacted my IT support and they told me to apply for special proxy. So i did. I had to specify my clients IP adress and the target URL - think I specified as target URL "https://alm.xx.ag". However nothing changed - still getting same error message.

Do you think I have to specify as target URL "https://aydemir@alm.xx.ag"?

Or do I have another problem?

Regards

Cihat
