Unable to View OAuth consumers / Apps & Features in Bitbucket cloud (even with admin access)

Hi Team,

We are trying to integrate Bitbucket cloud with Sonarqube, which requires creating an OAuth consumer.
However, in our org Bitbucket workspace, we are not able to see the "OAuth consumers" option.
The entire Apps and Features section is missing from the workspace settings.

To verify this, we tested on a personal Bitbucket account, and all required options (Apps, OAuth consumers, etc) appear correctly there.
But in our organization workspace, even though we have admin access, these options do not show up.

Issue Details :
* Admin access to Workspace : yes
* Apps and Features menu not visible
* OAuth consumers page missing
* Unable to create OAuth consumer required for Bitbucket -> SonarQube integration.
* Verified the options appear on personal Bitbucket account.

Request:
Can you please clarify why the Apps & Features / OAuth consumer section is not visible in our organization workspace?
Is this realted to workspace permission, plan limitations, or something disable by the workspace owner?

Any guidance on enabling OAuth consumers would be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi @Anilkumar Bathula

You'll need to raise a support ticket for further assistance with this. I see you have access to a Premium workspace, so please use this URL when raising a ticket:

Essentially the reason is that you are using a personal workspace (an older deprecated workspace type) which has 1 singular owner, and thus one user who is authorised to modify admin settings. We can't reveal the user account on a public forum as it is sensitive information.

Let me know if you encounter any issues raising a ticket, and inform me of your timezone so I can raise one with the team that operates in your region.

Cheers!
