Unable to See the Issue Tracker for My Repository

Hi everyone, 

I'm having trouble accessing the Issue Tracker. I can't seem to find the Tracker/Issues section for my repository, even though I've looked through the repository settings and sidebar.

I'm not sure if this is a permission issue, a workspace setting, or if I'm missing something. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to enable or access the Issue Tracker? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
