Unable to See Projects and Repositories

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have an odd issue where I can navigate directly to my repositories using their cloned links from my local git using programs, but I can't see any of them or my projects from my Bitbucket dashboard.
Here is a picture of my project's dashboard when I go directly to Bitbucket.
And here is a picture having used a link directly to one of my repositories. I also have other repositories in other projects, but I have to directly link into a repository from that project to see them.
I'm unsure if it's related, but I did also notice writing this question that I got two app options. Do I somehow have multiple accounts under the same name?
