Unable to Access Workspaces, Projects, and Repositories

Hello Bitbucket Support,

I recently logged back into my Bitbucket account after about a year or so of inactivity, and I was surprised to find that none of my workspaces, projects, or repositories are visible anymore. The account appears completely empty.

I would like to understand what happened to my account and whether my data was removed, archived, or transferred for some reason. These repositories and projects are important, and I need assistance recovering access to them.

Could you please investigate the issue and advise on:

• Why my workspaces and repositories are missing
• Whether the data still exists
• What steps I can take to recover or restore access

I am logging in with the same account/email I previously used.

This link solved the issues. Reactivated my de-activated workspaces.
