Unable Login to Bitbucket

Hi Team,

I forgot the password to access my Bitbucket account, and when I try to reset it, I don't receive the reset notification email. I've tried several times, and emails from other senders arrive in my inbox without issues.

The email associated with my account is: REDACTED.

Is there any other way to recover my account? I have several repositories associated with it:
https://bitbucket.org/REDACTED/workspace/repositories/

Could someone help me? I’m unable to interact with the remote repository anymore.

I checked your email address and it seems your email is in our email suppression list due to bounce reason. Hence, I removed your email in our list.

Could you try to reset your password again?

If you’re not receiving the password reset email for your Bitbucket account, the issue might be related to spam filtering or email delivery settings. First, check your spam or junk folder to ensure the reset email isn’t being flagged.

P.S. You might also need to whitelist Atlassian's email domain in your email settings or contact your IT team if you're using a corporate email system.

If the reset email still doesn’t arrive, Atlassian may need to assist with account recovery. Provide the email address associated with your account when contacting them, and if you have any linked repositories or activity logs, include that information as proof of ownership. You can open a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ to get further help with this issue.
