when i invite a new team member i do not see a pending status on my dash board. How do I know the invite actually went out?

I have reviewed this and confirm that the invitation email has been successfully dispatched to the user. It is possible that the email may have been inadvertently redirected to a different folder within the user's mailbox, such as the spam folder. I recommend checking any filters the user might have setup in their mailbox, as the email could have been filtered out.
