Trouble cloning bitbucket with sourcetree

I'm able to sign on to bitbucket find but when I try to clone to sourcetree it ask me to login again I keep getting user name and password errors.

Can you provide the following information for us?:

1. Did you connect your Bitbucket account following the steps at Connect your Bitbucket or Github account?
2. Are you using Windows or Mac? If you're on Windows, have you checked the Git Credentials Manager is updated and has the right credentials?
3. For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried cloning from the command line? Do you experience the same issue?
