Transition blocking script

Hi,

Can any one please tell what this script actually does. We want to get rid of this script from our transition as its blocking it but dont know what will be the side effect.

We migrated from jira 4.2 to jira 5.2 and also removed few plugins and right now we do not know which plugin was used to put this condition. The link you have mentioned "http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAEXT/blockingLinksClosed+Condition+subroutine " is not working. Can you tell the name of plugin ?
