Hi, i've just invited my teammates to a repository, but they don't receive invitation emails.
I assume it's because i send the invitation before they created a bitbucket account using their email? (They are new employees in my company)
I've tried resending the invitation few times but still no invitations.
Read some questions here it was due to user block in the bitbucket part, can help me resolve this issue?

The issue is most likely due to an invitation being sent before the email account is operational. If this is the case, your email server will respond with a hard bounce event (that the email doesn't exist) and then the email is placed in a suppression list, as we no longer try to send to non-existing emails.
If you can provide the email addresses of your team members with this issue, I can help.
If you don't feel comfortable sharing the emails publicly, you can open a ticket about this issue with Bitbucket Cloud support team (the support ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff). You can do this via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product.
