Hi Aghiles,
I'd first verify whether Bitbucket Server is actually running or not, and even if it is running try restarting it to see if this resolves the problem.
If it doesn't, I'd look in <BitbucketHome>/log/atlassian-bitbucket.log for details on what might be wrong.
