Since 5 days, the Stash web server doesn't working.
I cannot connect to the 80 443 7990 port on localhost too.
I don't know what happen.
Can you help us for this?

I'd first verify whether Bitbucket Server is actually running or not, and even if it is running try restarting it to see if this resolves the problem.
If it doesn't, I'd look in <BitbucketHome>/log/atlassian-bitbucket.log for details on what might be wrong.
