I am installing Stash on my Windoww 7 PC for evaluation. I followed the steps in https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH/Installing+Stash+on+Windows .

I am unable to open http://localhost:7990 to do the further configurations. Is apache required on the PC for installing Stash?

Hi Maxmelbin,

You shouldn't need Apache to run Stash on Windows (or any system). To diagnose this further I'm afraid we will need some more information. I would recommend creating a support ticket and attaching your logs so we can help get you going.
