Stash, git abbreviated hash length

At some point the length for abbreviated hashes in the gui changed from 7 to 11.

Is this length configurable? I would like to use 12.

This isn't configurable - it's simply hardcoded. We currently have a few places that expect hashes to have a certain length (i.e. to fit nicely into a certain part of the UI without wrapping and without excess whitespace), so it wouldn't be as trivial as you'd think to make it so. If you really want this though, please open a Suggestion in the BSERV project at jira.atlassian.com and it'll get triaged by a Product Manager.
