Stash and Bamboo won't link

When I try to link stash and bamboo , I get this error message.

An error occurred when trying to create the application link in the remote application.

I have tried linking from both sides but it does not seem to work, how can I solve this problem?

Figured out why. Looks like you have to put http:// infront of the domain when adding application links.
