Stash Jenkins Webhooks not always working....

We have the "Stash Webhook to Jenkins" plugin installed – It generally works, but then it just randomly stops. If I go into Stash / Settings / Hooks and say "trigger" – Jenkins will start building the updated branches.  Not sure it matters, but we are doing Feature branch style development, and have about 20 jobs registered with that Stash repository URL. We are using Jenkins 1.595

Is there anyway to debug this or has anyone seen this behavior?  Thanks.
