Im not sure whats wrong, but i cant seem to login to my sourcetree/bitbucket account anymore. Unfortunately i no longer have access to the email address i use to login with so i cant reset password (although im 100% sure the password ive input is correct as i have it auto saved on chrome aswell).
I tried to email atlassian, but they said i have to bring it up in the community here instead. But im unsure how the community can help me with account login issues like this??
If you are the administrator of your Bitbucket Server, use the steps in Lockout recovery process to gain admin access to Bitbucket Server to check why the authentication is failing.
