Hi @Md Gholam Ghaus Ashrafi @Arkadiusz Wroblewski @Franz Haugke

If you are still encountering issues, please let us know by responding.
Cheers!
- Ben (Bitbucket Cloud Support)
Hi Ben,
Thank you for the update.
We reviewed the official incident timeline, and it confirms that multiple Atlassian products were impacted globally for several hours. During this period, our organization faced significant operational disruption due to the unavailability of Bitbucket services.
As a fintech organization, Bitbucket is a critical component of our production support and CI/CD workflow. The outage impacted:
Urgent code pushes and hotfix deployments
Pipeline executions integrated with Bitbucket
Production support activities
Developer productivity and release timelines
This created direct business and operational impact for our teams handling financial applications and time-sensitive deployments.
While we appreciate the recovery efforts from Atlassian engineering teams, we request:
A detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Preventive actions being implemented to avoid recurrence
Clarification regarding SLA credits or compensation available for impacted enterprise customers
Given the duration and scale of the incident, we expect Atlassian to treat this with high priority from a customer impact perspective.

Same issue here. Our entire Bitbucket workspace is affected – every page shows "Something went wrong" with different error codes, e.g. `80e855c8187b49808947f9e91b48cea8`. Also experiencing a login loop: id.atlassian.com recognizes the session, but bitbucket.org and support.atlassian.com keep redirecting back to login without accepting it.
