Hi,

I'm trying to add my ssh public key on my account, but, I receive this error: Someone has already added that SSH key.

I search another account with this key, but I'm not found.

Hi @Rodrigo de Lima Silva and welcome to the community!

I would suggest checking the following places first:

Account SSH keys

Check the key listed in https://bitbucket.org/account/settings/ssh-keys/, in case this key is already added to your account's SSH keys. You can select the pencil icon that edits each key, in order to view each key's value.

Workspace SSH keys

I can see that you are an administrator of another workspace (apart from your personal one) that has SSH keys associated with it.

Go to this page https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/ to see all your workspaces listed, and select Manage for this other workspace > select SSH keys, and then check the SSH keys listed there.

Additional Bitbucket accounts

If you have another Bitbucket Cloud account with a different email, I would suggest checking the account and workspace SSH keys associated with that account as well.

If you still cannot find the key, you can create a ticket with our support team, provide the public SSH key in the ticket, and ask for assistance. You can create a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product. Please make sure to provide the workspace id of your workspace that is on a paid billing plan, in order to be able to proceed with the ticket creation.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Theodora
