When I try to add SSH key to my bitbucket repo I got this error "Someone has already added that SSH key."

This happens because I've already added same SSH key to another bitbucket repo where I logged in with ANOTHER gmail. As I understand my one bitbucket account shouldn't know about another bitbucket account.

That is correct, you should not be sharing keys across accounts.
