Showing Status of Pull Request in infomail subject

We arre using stash 3.10.4.

One of my Users asked me: Is it possible to change the subject of the PR-infomail that way that the Subject starts with "Opened: ", "Approved: " or "Merged: " followed by the PR-Title.

I think if I dive deeeeep into the stash-code there should be a place where I could change that. But that's not the thing I want to do.

My Question: has this feature been implemented in one of the Stash/Bitbucket-Server versions after 3.10.4?

This does not seem to be available yet - please watch and vote for the following issue to guide Atlassian's roadmap in this regard:

That being said, I doubt that this will be implemented anytime soon (if at all), given the state and history of the following fairly reasonable request for an optional email subject prefix, not the least to achieve feature parity between all Atlassian tools:
