Hello there,

 

I am trying to share a repository with my colleague but when I invite him with his email address, he does not receive any email. I should mention that the first time I tried to send the invitation, the email address did not exist yet.

 

I see on the forum that other users had the same problem, and atlassian team answered that in theses cases, the email address were blacklisted. Then, they managed to unblock the email address. Is it possible to do it for "master@culturaliv.com" ?

Hi, welcome to the Community!

As the email address you invited didn't exist, it got into our blacklist with the error message 'The email address doesn't exist'.

Keep in mind that before you invite a user to one of your repos, the email address has to exist, otherwise there's no entity that can be invited and no inbox for this message to arrive. Please make sure the email address exists before sending the invitation.

I've removed the email from our blacklist. Please try again and let us know how it goes.
