Setting Deployment Variables

Hi There,

Anyone else having trouble setting up deployment variables within a custom pipeline. I set the deployment variable to Development, and then it won't pick up any variables like $environment, $secret_key etc.  Not sure if something has changed in the last few weeks and this was working three months ago

I would be glad to test this if you could share part of your bitbucket-pipelines.yml file.
