Set up Stash merge hook at project level

I want to create a merge check hook that ensures a pull request has at least <x> number of approvals, however, I'd like this to be configured at the project level, rather than the individual repository level, is this possible in Stash?

Hi again Annie,

As I mentioned on your other question, I'd recommend commenting on and voting STASH-3382 with a description of your requirements (specifically being able to configure hooks at the project level).
