Sent email notifications using AWS SES behind proxy

Hi, 

Our birbucket server use proxy server for outbound (internet) connection.

We want to use AWS SES for email notifications and we need to do it behind proxy.

Please advise on the right setting for this use-case, On bit bucket ui I can't find any proxy setting related to email notifications.

BTW - we have the same use-case on bamboo

Outbound proxies are not configurable via UI.

I went over this page and didn't found any dedicated email notification settings using proxy which forcing us to setup proxy for all kind of communications and dividing to proxy and non proxy kinds, like localhost bamboo and future tools and others atlassian envs (prod, stag)

its there any other option to use proxy settings just for email notifications?

if no, Can you provide any examples that predefined minimal proxy settings?
