I want to change the Bitbucket account password, so I used send recovery link button. But I am not receiving any recovery mail from Atlassian. (Mail address: erdemkus@cliexa.com)

Are you talking about Bitbucket Cloud? I mean https://bitbucket.org/
If so, please ensure that the mail is not in the Junk Folder.
For self-hosted application, you must talk with your administrator since it is not sure that the outgoing mail is properly configure in your instance.

I am talking about Bitbucket Cloud and I checked the Junk folder. Junk folder doesn't have a mail from Atlassian.

Could be that the account was created using a different email?
That can explain why the recovery email is not correctly delivered.
