Selenium automation ticket creation on Jira

Hello, 

I want my test automation project to automatically create a bug ticket on jira in case my tests fail. 
I am using JiraPolicy dependency but I my console output goes with something like "do you have necessary permissions?"

   Keep in mind that in JIRA there is a permissions scheme, surely that message appears because you do not have the necessary permissions in the project for what you want to do
Are you the administrator? If not, I advise you to talk to him so that he can check your permissions so you don't have that kind of inconvenience
