If account is premium then at the time of setup the mirror, will I get the SSL certificate from bitbucket? If yes, then from where I will get it ? please provide the link to download the SSL certificate.

Atlassian doesn't provide SSL certificates. SSL certificates are issued by a trusted third-party Certificate Authority (CA), such asVeriSign, DigiCertor Thawte. This is also explained in our article Set up Bitbucket smart mirroring.
