SSH-Keys vs HTTPs

Hello together,
iam new to git at all. Is there a reason to prefer SSH-Keys over HTTPs ?
I think HTTPs is much more comfortable, so iam wondering if SSH-Keys are really necessary. What is the standard way in companys?
