Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a new Bitbucket Cloud Free workspace, but I keep getting an error message: "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID: 40c26481e5b044fdac5cf96ec2922d3e)"

Steps I've taken:

1. I entered my work email and tried to create a workspace with ID: `leah-projects` (all lowercase letters and dash).

2. I've refreshed the page, tried incognito mode, and different browsers, but the error persists.

3. The workspace hasn't been created successfully, so the URL `bitbucket.org/leah-projects` is just the ID I attempted to use, not an active workspace.

Expected behavior:

I should be able to complete the workspace creation process without this server error. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Hi @XUE

Can you please attempt to create the workspace again and let me know if you get an error message?

That ID doesn't exist, so it should succeed.

Cheers!
