You are able to receive to Pipelines Build notifications to your email by accessing the Repository Source, clicking the ellipsis button "..." and selecting "Manage Notifications from the drop down. Here you can tick "Pipelines".
Unfortunately, at present, this only includes notifications for Failed pipelines and will not email when the build is successful.
This is possible with our Slack integration, but is not present natively within Bitbucket Cloud.
I have raised a feature request ticket with our developers on your behalf to implement this, we do not have an ETA for its implementation however you can "Watch" the ticket to receive updates related to it and "Vote" to increase its visibility:
