Reviewers present in Bitbucket PR not appearing in JIRA
We have an intermittent issue where PR reviewers present in Bitbucket don't appear in Jira. See screenshot below.
This also results in our tickets not auto transitioning based on PRs and Merges.
The issue previously resolved itself but has returned and I would like to establish the root cause. Checked connection to the bitbucket repositories by doing a refresh and all was working as expected.
