Restrict branch permission on schedule defined in Jenkins

Hello Folks ,
We need to restrict access on branches everyday for specific amount of time. For example for two hours no one should have right access to branches and then revert it back automatically. There is an easy way through GUI on BBitBucket console. Is there any way this can be scripted to be used in jenkins pipeline.
