Restore entire deleted workspace

A single email warned of bitbucket deleting inactive workspaces. Cool. How can I get this restored?

[Edit: I didn't realize this just posted on a community forum, rather than going to support… I would like to recover the data that bitbucket has just deleted, if possible].

Oh, I didn't realize this went to a community forum… right, apologies, everybody. I'd be grateful for some advice on this. I don't care to continue with bitbucket but I would like to recover the data.
