My old email account was deactivated for three months and ended up on suppression lists due to past errors returned by my organization's mail server. I've already tried a few things. When I try to change my email address, I'm told that I'm already registered with the old address. Unfortunately, I can't receive the two-factor authentication code at that address because it's on the suppression list.
Could you please remove me from the lists so that I can change my account email address back to the old one?
