Resource Not found

Hi, I have trouble for accessing my workspace: 

https://bitbucket.org/workspace-id/workspace/settings.

But when I access my workspace, the error "Resource not found" or "You do not have access to view this workspace." occurs.

So I made another new bitbucket workspace and I'll use this, then I want to remove the product "https://bitbucket.org/workspace-id/" which has trouble.

Could you help me to solve this problem?

Hi and welcome to the community!

I can see this workspace on our system, but it looks like your account doesn't have any access to it.

Can you please try the following steps?

1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
   
   
2. Select Products from the top menu
   
   
3. Do you see the workspace you want to remove listed there under Products?
   
   If you do, please select Manage product for this workspace. Do you see any groups in there?
   
   
4. If you do, can you please ensure that a) your user is added to the bitbucket-admins group and b) that the Product roles fro this group are User and Product admin?

Then, try to access the workspace again.

Please feel free to let me know how it goes. If you have any issues, please let me know in which of the above steps the issue occurs, and what the issue is.
