I am not getting any recovery link to my mail to reset the password.I tried many times but with no success. I was able to login using microsoft but i need the password urgently.

Are you using Bitbucket in the cloud (so the domain is https://bitbucket.org/) or are you using it on premise (so the domain is something else).
If you are in the cloud, you will have to reach out the Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact), if you are on premise, you should contact the Administrator of your instance.
