Request for Assistance: Missing Bitbucket Repository (Created ~7 Years Ago)

Hello Atlassian Support Team,

I am trying to locate a Git repository that I created on Bitbucket approximately 7 years ago, but I am currently unable to find it.

Here are the details I can recall:

• Approximate creation date: Around 7 years ago
• Repository type: Git (confirmed)
• Project type: Personal project (not associated with any company or organization)
• Possible account/email(s): kk59491, kk59491@gmail.com

At the moment, I am unsure whether the repository was deleted, is under a different account, or is associated with a workspace I no longer have access to.

Could you please help me check:

1. Whether the repository still exists
2. If it was deleted, whether any recovery options are available
3. Whether it is associated with another account or workspace

If you need any additional information to locate the repository, I would be happy to provide it.

Hi @Jeedy and welcome,

Be aware that this is a user community forum and not Atlassian official support. No one here have access to serarch for customer related sites or content.

If your account was a free account and has not been accessed for 7 years I am afraid that it will not be possible to recover. Free sites are normaly flagged for deletion after 120 days of inactivity and are deleted shortly after.
