Hi there,
I've run BFG on my project repository that crested 4.0GB. I was able to push the history rewrite, but am unable to utilize the repository as the rewrite pushed it just over the limit.
Could I request a manual garbage collection to be done on my repository named "*-new"?
G'day, @Paul Klecker
Welcome to the community!
I have manually triggered GC on the affected repository, and the size has been reduced to 780 MB. I hope this is the expected size.
I see that you have paid workspace. Moving forward, I suggest raising a support ticket with us directly on our Support portal to get a much quicker response.

Hey @Syahrul
Thanks for your assistance!
For future reference, I originally followed the Support Portal to submit a ticket for my request - After selecting 'Bitbucket - Cloud' as the product I need help with, I'm left with only two options: "View Documentation", and "Explore Community" which led me here.
How do you recommend I create a support ticket for a similar issue in the future?

Hey @Paul Klecker
The workspace name you use is invalid because it appears that you may have renamed it before. So you should use the initial workspace name when raising a support ticket. I believe it is "bitbucket.org/ffg****"
Let me know if that works.

Syahrul
